Back to school?  Really?!We have moved back to Bryant and Lawson is starting Bryant Middle School. First time she has had a school locker.  She's excited.

Rob and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this month!  How can that be?  I'm only 27, right?!

Mom threw up a little impromptu (as in we were still in our swimsuits fresh off the lake) anniversary celebration while we were in Hot Springs with everyone!  Thanks mom!  Was fun!

Judy and Turner bought us a Nothing Bundt Cake on our actual anniversary.  Yummy! And so cute!

We had fun making binder covers and getting some accessories for Lawson's locker.

Lawson learned to dive at one of our last swims of the season. We might have had to bribe her with a prize to get her motivated to try...but she got it!

And here is where my kiddos hang out afterschool with me until I get off work.  They might look bored. But, they are never ready to leave when its time to go...not sure why!  But, I'm glad they aren't miserable and enjoy a job that lets me leave to pick them up and let them sit with me the last 30 minutes of my day.

Gibbs Family Vacay 2016

Here we all come! All 20 of us!  To spend the weekend on Lake Hamilton!


It's always quite the ordeal to get everyone, the food, life jackets, towel, games, etc. there and unloaded, but it is so worth it!  It is probably the highlight of my kids summer!  The weekend is spent swimming, tubing, boat riding, playing games, eating yummy food,celebrating and crafting. We love it!

There are lots of headcounts to make sure we haven't lost anyone!

Thanks to Ashley for making all 10 shirts for the kiddos representing their birth order and color coded by family unit!  The shirts made for a fun photo shoot!  (I mean 10 shirts...that's a lot of work!)

Many of us met Tyler for the first time this weekend!  He was definitely the star of the show! He had a swarm wherever he went.

Ashley brought the cutest "Camp Gibbs" themed crafts!  Kept the kids super entertained! We celebrated Mimi, Chandler and Eddie's birthdays.  We have stayed at the same lakehouse the past few years and this pool table gets a workout.  Someone is always playing some version of "pool".


Mom threw Robbie a little impromptu anniversary party to celebrate our 20th! Impromptu as in fresh off the lake still in our swimsuits.  We watched some of our wedding dvd with everyone,...fun to see what everyone looked like 20 years ago!


 Here is the group shot...minus Valerie and Tyler...Tyler was knapping.  It is no easy feat to get 20 people together for a photo. We need to photo shop them in! Til next year!

A neighbor took this issue awesome picture of a rainbow popped up over our neighborhood one afternoon!  The colors were so vibrant!  Thank you God for putting rainbows in the sky to remind us of how much you love us.

Cannon came to spend the night night with us one night.  She and Lawson had the best time playing together!

Hudson went to a baseball clinic put on by the Naturals at their stadium with his friend Pierson. Pierson moved into our neighborhood in June.  They have become fast friends.  They have spent their summer patrolling our neighborhood on their bikes, having nerf gun wars, and raiding the refrigerator in my garage fridge!  They have had so much fun! 


Hudson played in a couple of golf tournaments this summer.  Pierson volunteered to be his caddy at one of them.  What a self-less friend!  They were so cute together!

They had a lunch date at Smash Burger afterwards! Not sure I can explain these shoes.  You select the color and blinking pattern.  You charge them!  And yes, they are gold!  And apparently, they are cool!  I wasn't sure I could accompany anyone in public who is wearing these shoes...but they are growing on me!  A boy on his bike, listening to music, and waiting for his friend to come home.  More commonly referred to as a "stalker".  Lawson playing with the neighbors kitten. Lawson upgraded our taped on "spots" this year and painted spots on our t-shirts.  Cow Appreciation Day 2016. Flies are quite the problem in NWA during the summer.  We would often have 10 in our house at one time!  This little girl honed her skills at fly zapping!  Wearing noise reducing head phones, of course....she doesn't like the zapping sound!

The rest of the month was probably spent at the city pool!  Home away from home!
