Hudson Lost His 1st Tooth

It SEEMS like just the other day....these teeth were coming in...and NOW!...they are coming out!
Hudson lost his first tooth tonight....and he was thrilled!

It was bedtime when he pulled it...and it opened a big can of worms....regarding the tooth fairy visiting.

When Lawson was little she watched an episode of Yo Gabba Gabba that made the tooth fairy out to be a little freaky. She couldn't go to sleep one night because she was afraid that the tooth fairy was gonna come creaping around her room while she slept. SO, Robbie did the only logical thing...he picked up his phone and called the tooth fairy....explaining that we would kindly request she NOT visit our house. And she has abided by this request through all of Lawson's 7 tooth losses!

BUT, Hudson wanted her to come...he wanted a treat under his pillow. So, we had to scramble and make a call to the Tooth Fairy and request her to ONLY visit Hudson. Which she agreed to do!

Hudson put his tooth in MY old tooth pillow...which I think my mom made! It is SO cute!

And here we all are the next morning to see what the tooth fairy brought!

Lawson was more excited than Hudson....who just wanted to go back to sleep!

However, Lawson has not changed her mind about the Tooth Fairy for now. She says "maybe" she will cash in all her teeth when she is older! I hope the Tooth Fairy is saving up!
