Thanksgiving 2014

One word for Thanksgiving Day 2014:  Full! Full tummies, full hearts and a house full! I felt like mom and dad's house was more "full" than ever!  No new family members this year...but I think maybe because all the kids are getting so big!  It just seemed like more people!

Mom and Dad always have a little Thanksgiving activity or thought to share before the meal.  We usually all gather around the table for this.  But, I just feel like we barely fit this year!  Just look!
Love, love the thought they put into this and trying to involve the kiddos! This year they even staged a small napkin fire to keep everyone on their toes! Ha!

My mom puts endless hours into preparing for this day.  The food and the table setting was amazing!  It is no easy task to cook a meal and set places for 19! Plus prepare your house for 11 overnight guests and clean up after all of that!  Thank you, mom, for how you serve our family.  Thank you for setting the stage for amazing memories and fun times for all of us!

 Love these little boy cousins!

  Another "full" moment!!

It was a beautiful, sunny, cool afternoon!  The kids played outside all afternoon!
Lawson this fun turkey cupcake dessert! What cute girls!
Of course, we watched the Cowboys football game inside.   Hudson had been outside playing all day. However, I went out once to check on the kids and found him parked 6 inches from this TV that was set up outside with a dessert he must have come in and fixed himself.  He stayed glued like this to watch the end of the game! So funny!
 Happy Thanksgiving!
