After battling the flu for the past 4 days, Hudson is finally feeling better and was able to make his double header today! It was good timing because it was picture day too!
The boys actually started to played some defense today and several of them (including Hudson) started passing the ball to one another when their defender had them blocked. It is really excited to see these little guys progressing in their game!
Hudson was obviously weak from being sick. When he was warming up, he wasn't even getting the ball up high enough to go in the goal. But, he hung in there...through BOTH games. Which is no suprise...if you know him at all! He was the only one on the team that played all four quarters of both games. That boy loves him some hoops!

Hudson scored 12 in game 2. Most of the kids on his team were just not "in" to playing a second game. At one point in the 4th quarter, Huson was the only one on his team playing. I wish I would have gotten a shot of him driving to the rim...1 on 5!
Way to go Hudson!
