Feb Random Pics

Hare are my Feb random shots!  Love my little athlete!  Always so photogenic!
This little team played hard...but they did not win any games! They kept showing up though!

Lawson was recognized for making all all A's again for the 3rd 9 weeks!  Way to go La!

The kids and Rob went to a UALR basketball game the day I was in Fayetteville for Grandpa's funeral.  Rob and Hudson showed up in a local paper the next day!
Found this pic on my camera!  Guess La took it of her fish.  Smile Rainbow!
Here are a few pics from the kids Valentine's parties at school.

This was truly a "make your own ice cream sundae station"! Wow...is all I can say about that!  They LOVED it!

I was SO sick the week of Valentines and helping the kids make their Valentine boxes for their class parties was a TRUE act of love.  I just wanted to be asleep!  But, I pushed through and they turned out really cute I thought!

The kids decided to make rainbow loom valentines for all their friends.  It was a big task.  Hudson had to make 24 bracelets and Lawson 28.  But, they got them done and thank to Pinterest for the little cards!  I spent no money (we already had all the supplies) and did not have to go to Walmart...worked for me!

Hudson had baseball tryouts this morning.  He did great!  Realling looking forward to baseball season!

The kids had some build a bear gift cards burning holes in their pockets so I took them one Monday when we were out of school.  They love that place!  It IS pretty magical!

Meet Rainbow Dash (in all her fabulous glory) and Ozy.

Hudson tried on his suit for Uncle Brady's wedding...minus shoes (we still have to shop for those!).  Whistle!  Is it just me?....or could this little guy be a fashion model?

Hudson's 1st grade class has been reading the big the Wizard of Oz for the past month.  They finished up this week and celebrated with a special Wizard of Oz Parade at at school.  They were to dress up as their favorite character and they truly paraded around the entire school.  Other classes were allowed out in the hallway to see walk by.  Some of the costumes were so cute...and funny! Love my cowardly lion!

Hudson and his teacher, the Wicked Witch of the West!

Lawson asked Nonie to come and check on her fish while we were in Austin for Brady's wedding.  This is a note she left on her dresser for Nonie.  I did not even know she wrote it.  I saw it when I was unpacking her suitcase...and thought it was co cute and funny!
It stays:

He might puff up at you , it is just because he does not really know who you are.  He sometimes does it to my dad. :)  Tablet is in there in front of the house door  Sorry if the (her) room is messy!  :)  He might get all excited when u first come in.  It is because he thinks you are going to feed him.  Ignore it.  But, everything else should be fine.  Thx!   Thank you for coming to check on him. :)

Brady's Wedding

Big long awaited day!  Brady, my baby brother, finally tied the not with his girl, Valerie.  Valerie has been to our family gatherings and vacays for the past 3 years...so she already feels like family! (And she hasn't run away screaming after sharing a house with all 18 of us!)  Our family has been SO excited for this day! The wedding was in Austin, on a tented patio overlooking the beautiful hillside.  The day was sunny and cool...beautiful!
(Love this little cousin whisper before Valerie came down the aisle!)

My dad has performed all 4 wedding of his kiddos.  Pretty cool!
Valerie looked beautiful and Brady looked super handsome!
Nothing sweeter than hearing two people pledge their lives to one another in good times or bad til death due them part.  Even sweeter being just 2 weeks after  burying our grandfather who was married to his bride for 72 years!
 Mr. & Mrs. Brady Gibbs
Arn't they so cute?!
 Showing off his new ring!
I walked in to the reception to find Lawson signing the guest book by herself.  After she walked off, I had to see what she wrote!  So sweet!

The food was all delicious!  The table were set beautifully.  Valerie had little goodie bags filled with activities at each of the kids seats.  And the kids were all served plates with kid friendly food.  So thoughtful! Above and beyond touches!

Several attempts to get a "good" family photo

The kids broke the dance floor down for about 2 hours straight!

Worked up a sweat!  Taking a break!
Brady in the photo booth will nieces and nephews!  What an awesome Uncle!

Beautiful, perfect day!
We caught a few glimpses of the Capitol building while we were there.  The kids have been studying state Capitols at school...so this was cool for them.  Wish we would have had time to tour the Capitol.
We had a blast at the rehersal dinner too!  Here are a few shots from the dinner the night before!

Best wishes to Brady and Val!  We love you guys!
