October

We finished up baseball season this month.  The weather was perfect!  And Hudson's team ended the season in 2nd place.  We love baseball

I seemed to miss all Hudson's good hits the season.  Not sure how that is possible.  #momfail  If, I was recording it would be a ball.  If I wasn't, he would swing and it.  But, I posted a couple anyway...just because he is so cute!

Lawson's team finished up cheering for youth football this month.  One Saturday the game they were cheering for got cancelled unexpectedly....so FRO-YO!  This poor business did not see this coming at 3pm on a quiet afternoon.  The girls look tame...but taking this pic was the only time they were still and quiet! Giggles, screams, and cartwheels!  Yikes!

We were lucky enough to get to see the Tour of  US Gymastics Champions show featuring our favs Simone Biles and Gabby Douglas at Verzion.  Lawson saw this show was coming back in the summer and she stayed after us until we splurged for the tickets.  It was gymnastics but with lights and music.  It was a lot of fun!

The mens and womens gymatics teams who just competed in Rio last summer were both there.

That is the Final 5 minus Laurie (Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Simone Biles, Madison Kocian and Laurie Hernandez)who came down from the ceiling sitting in the Olympic rings.

Lawson kept saying "this is so much fun!"

We went with her friend Anna and her mom.  The girls got an autography from Jordan Weiber after the show.  They had so much fun! I did too!
The 7th and 8th grade bands played at one of their middle school's football games.  This is the first time we had heard them.  They were the real deal
That same week the middle school band joined the high school band on the field before the high school football band. This is all 1000 students in Bryant bands.  You can not imagine sitting hearing 1000 instruments playing towards you.  Gets your attention for sure! This was a lot of fun for the middle school students.

My boyz out kicking field goals one evening.

Lawson and Hudson spent one Saturday afternoon painting pumpkins.  They came up with their own idea and did the work 100% by theirselves!  I was SO impressed!

Superman! Donuts!
Nonie and Poppa took Hudson to a Grandparents breakfast at his school where they shamelessly guilt the grandparents into buying books at the book fair!  Thanks for being good sports J&T!

State Fair Time!  We had a beautiful day to play at the fair! This kid has the best "fair" hair!  Check out that wave! The lights are my favorite part! Hudson had a fall fun day at school complete with hayride and carnival games!  We were up early one Saturday for cheer team pics!  That evening Lawson's cheer gym put on a Trunk or Treat for the community. Each team sponsored a trunk.  Lawson's team went with an Emoji theme.  Girls had so much fun with it. Hudson decided to be a Golden State Blue Fan Man (I created the name).  He just wanted to be in a blue body suit. (Which turned out to be not quite as much fun as I think he envisioned.) Lawson was a Gold Medal Gymnast. Inspired by the Final 5.

She's got the look! The kids decided to pass on trick or treating this year.  We just hung out in front of house and passed out candy to our trick or treaters.  We had a lot of fun!
Mom texted me this pic she came across somewhere.  Awww...little La!  I was fixing her hair for dance recital.
