Hudson's Class at the State Capitol

Hudson's 1st grade class got to sing at the State Capitol this year.  He has seen the Capitol building while driving through Little Rock and is old enough to understand that the Governor works there.  So, he was really excited...which was so cute! That he would understand the honor of getting to sing at the Capitol.
They rode the school bus and then waited out on the front steps until it was their turn (some other groups were singing as well.)
It was a crisp, cook beautiful day!

Finally show time in side the rotunda!
The Capitol was decorated for Christmas and it was gorgeous.  Those red decorations on the gorgeous light gray marble walls!

They did a great job! And celebrated afterwards with a picnic lunch at a local park and extended playtime!  The capitol has its own photographers there snapping pics.  This showed up on the Capitol website the next day! Picture perfect, Hudson! (Love those missing teeth!)
